Peace Together
About Me
I earned my BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2018. Between family planning and the recent pandemic, I am just now getting around to setting up my private practice. So I am no stranger to how busy our lives can get!
My training enables me to provide a compassionate ear, creating a non-judgemental, client-focused environment where nothing is off-limits to talk about.
I take an integrative & holistic approach, meaning, together we look at the larger picture to see if there are areas we need to reflect on, or areas where we may need to press the brakes on. I believe when we take into account the bigger picture, it becomes easier to break it down and focus on the areas that are not in alignment.
I am currently undertaking a diploma in personal & business life coaching with the Irish Lifecoach Institute. It is my aim to bring not just satisfaction with emotional health, but also career satisfaction that overall harness a sense of purpose and personal achievement.
Areas of expertise:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship Issues
***Telephone & online services also available.
Special Note
There is no shame in asking for additional support. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be “crazy” or “out of touch” to engage in therapeutic services. Nowadays, life has grown increasingly busier not to mention the pandemic to add to the mix of stress and uncertainty! Therapy can help slow things down and take the time to process the little things. Here at Peace Together, our aim is to enable clarity, sense of wellbeing and encourage you to slow down and smell the roses!
Using a variety of CBT techniques we can garner self-acceptance, a mindful approach to living, and acceptance in the here and now.
